Suites Contempo – Hotel near airport in Mexico City

Upon arriving at the hotel late at night due to issues with our previous booking, we were pleasantly surprised by the tasteful and stylish decor of the rooms, although the lack of adequate lighting was a minor inconvenience. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location, in a quiet downtown business area near Chapultepec Park and the metro station, was ideal for us. However, the dining options were limited, and the facilities could benefit from improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were spacious and unexpectedly had a washer/dryer unit, offering great convenience. The service was top-notch, with friendly and considerate staff making my stay comfortable. The location was great for my needs, though a bit noisy during rush hours. The dining experience improved after a request for enhancements, and the facilities were well-kept.

My stay at Suites Contempo was quite pleasant overall. The rooms lacked enough lamps making them a bit dim, but they were clean, roomy, and the staff was friendly, although not very proactive.
